Free Registration for the Disabled

The following Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Kolumbus Marriage Service. (hereafter referred to as "The Bureau") to its registered clients.

1. Objective of Service

The primary objective of my service is to facilitate introductions between registered clients who express a sincere and mutual intention to pursue marriage or long-term companionship.

2. Limitation of Liability and Data Accuracy

2.1 Information Reliance:

The profiles and particulars exchanged by Kolummbus are derived exclusively from the information provided by the clients themselves, or by their authorised parents/representatives.

2.2 Disclaimer:

While Kolumbus implements internal safeguards, we cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or veracity of the information furnished by clients. Registration requires a client declaration intended to minimise the likelihood of inaccuracy.

2.3 Indemnification:

The client acknowledges and agrees that Kolumbus shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities that may arise, directly or indirectly, from introductions facilitated by the service.

3. Client Registration and Service Termination

3.1 Right of Refusal:

Kolumbus reserves the exclusive right to decline any application for registration or to terminate a client's registration and remove their details from the database without the obligation to provide justification, particularly when deemed necessary to protect the interests of Kolumbusor its clientele.

3.2 Service Commitment:

Kolumbus is committed to delivering a high level of service and will strive to provide an unlimited number of suitable introductions throughout the registration period to maximise the probability of a successful outcome.

3.3 Client Notification Obligation:

The client is under an explicit obligation to notify The Bureau immediately upon successfully establishing a relationship leading to marriage or companionship, or when the services of The Bureau are no longer required, thereby facilitating the prompt removal of their confidential details from the active files.

4. Fee Structure and Service Period

4.1 Non-Refundable Fee:

The registration fee is levied for the provision of search, screening, and introduction services. All fees paid are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the time taken to achieve a match or the client's subsequent decision to withdraw from the service.

4.2 Service Duration Acknowledgment:

Clients must appreciate that securing an optimal match is inherently complex. Given the prevalent ambition, career focus, and elevated expectations of modern candidates, the process may require an extended period. The registration fee compensates for the necessary investment of time and resources required to diligently pursue success throughout the agreed term.

5. Governance and Amendments

5.1 Terms Revision:

Kolumbus reserves the right to amend, modify, or supersede these Terms and Conditions as necessary to continually safeguard the professional standards and the collective interests of its clients.

5.2 Mutual Agreement:

By engaging with the service, clients affirm their understanding that these terms and the registration documentation are meticulously structured to ensure mutual protection and clarity for all parties.
